they gotta go.

i was forced to wait for my transportation to bring me back from my stay-fit pool therapy appointment yesterday. i got dressed and completely ready at 3:15 pm and i had to wait for my transportation to return me at 4:23 pm. i called the transportation all pissed off numerous times yesterday. he wasn't on time to pick me up yesterday and he definetely wasn't on time to return me. he had the same old lady in a wheelchair with her pca on the ride there and when he returned me from the courage center. it has been happening too often lately that the medical transportation has been late and there has always been another passenger on the ride lately. the ride has been late returning me from my appointments lately as well. the last time that i called my transportation the lady who was answering phones got so fed up with my attitude that she asked me if i wanted to cancel my ride. i asked her how she expected me to get home and told her that i would just wait and my ride finally came. i called my resource manager when i got back to my place and told her my problem and about how long i had been waiting and also that i wanted to switch medical transportation companies. i was surprised that i didn't lose my temper on the driver of the transportation vehicle. i kept telling myself that it wasn't his fault that he had a shitty pick-up schedule and that he's generally a really nice guy that i haven't had any problems with ever. i want to switch transportation though, i've stayed with this transportation long enough and they only have one driver and van. time to go. i've told my resource coordinator, hopefully she does something about my problems asap.
